  14.    Several people have asked me why I don‚Äôt include information about commercial programs here.  There are two reasons.
  15.    First, commercial programs are generally reviewed in the many computer publications available but the free or shareware programs may not be.
  16.    The second reason is much simpler:  I can‚Äôt afford them.  Not being a professional reviewer, I must pay for these programs myself.  Therefore I only have S.A.M. which works the best with the way I use my computer.
